Norse Transport currently have an opportunity for a Passenger Assistant to join the transport team in Dereham at the Hub. This is a part-time, permanent position working 23 hours per week, covering AM & PM school runs, Monday to Friday. Shifts times may vary depending on operational demand.

In this role, you will work alongside the driver to transport members of the public to and from school, supporting the wellbeing of the passengers during the journey. They may be a requirement to assist with loading and un-loading of passengers, and you will work with colleagues at all sites to ensure the safe transport of individuals.

We are happy to offer full support and training within the role, although if you have previous experience this would be beneficial.

It is important that you can demonstrate;
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
- Capable of delivering an excellent customer service
