**What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties)**:
**Reconciliation Expertise**:
- Manage complex reconciliation workflows across fiat and crypto products globally.
- Review and resolve escalations from BPO staff to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.
**Support Leadership**:
- Partner with the reconciliation manager on implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.
**Process Optimization**:
- Analyze reconciliation operations to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, and Engineering) on improving reconciliation workflows.
**Performance Monitoring**:
- Support oversight of BPO teams’ performance, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between BPO teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and execute solutions.
**Daily Execution**:
- Ensure daily reconciliation tasks are completed accurately, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and audit standards across reconciliation processes.
**What we look for in you (ie. job requirements)**:
- 7+ years of experience in reconciliation processes, finance operations, or accounting, preferably in fintech or global environments.
- Experience working with BPO teams and supporting quality assurance in operations.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in reconciliation tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of basic SQL.
**Nice to haves**:
- Exposure to crypto-related reconciliation processes is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages, or reconciliation software is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex workflows.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from £59,400 - £66,000 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
