**Hours**:Full time, 37 hours/week**

We have a fabulous opportunity for a customer focused individual to join the college’s coffee shop team.

The job purpose will be to deliver the perfect cup of coffee to every customer in line with the required Brand Standards whilst at the same time delivering outstanding customer service for our students, staff and external customers. You will be working as part of a small team. Mainly be based at Station Plaza site but at times will be expected to also cover the Ore campus.

**This exciting role will include**:

- To deliver the highest level of customer service
- To produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes
- To produce & present all food to coffee shop standards
- Maintain stock levels/ availability by replenishing display/fridges, rotating stock to ensure compliance with company health & safety guidelines
- To assist with orders and deliveries
- To maintain standards of Health, Safety & cleanliness
- To sell & demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/ answering queries & suggesting products to the customer as part of the ordering process
- To act on initiative to optimise sales to the customer
- To operate the till in line & carry out cash handling procedures
- To maintain customer areas to coffee shop standards
