About Us
This opportunity is in our clients B2B Marketing team. The with a focuses on Event Management and delivery including some aspects of digital Marketing. The B2B Marketing team has responsibility for Commercial/Truck and off-the-road (OTR) tyres.
The Role
*You will be the lead person in the project planning and execution on event management requirements, coordinating activities on the day of the event and implement back-up plans when necessary. As part of the role you will manage all customer invitation andlead generation follow up and post event evaluations. Organising and executing various events, including ITT Hub, Hillhead, Blimp Activation, Drive Results Roadshow, Network Council Meeting, and Motor Transport Awards.
*Negotiate and liaise with numerous vendors/suppliers to deliver event requirements, setting deadlines and creating objectives for the events
*Liaise with our key marketing agencies to develop any required promotional materials to support the event, including any artwork and print
*Ensure adherence to Health and Safety guidelines and Risk Assessment completion
*There is the opportunity to work with leading PR agency Bottle, to leverage the events we are attending within relevant media. Maximising this coverage across our social channels.
*Provide weekly project updates to relevant stakeholders
*Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the Event activities, including purchase order management and budget tracking.
What We Are Looking For
*Marketing or a business-related degree.
*Experience in all Microsoft packages including Excel and Powerpoint.
*Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
*Outstanding organisational and coordination skills.
*Attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the event is perfect
*Excellent multitasking and task prioritisation skills
*Strategic, analytical and able to work independently.
