They are renowned for their expertise in rural & commercial insurance and financial services. They pride themselves on delivering first class local service. This is oneof the many aspects of the business that makes them unique in the market. You will join their established team and play a key part in the success of an expanding business. **The Role**: As a mutual organisation, their customers are at the heart of everything they do. As well as being target-focused and having a strong drive to succeed, it's important that you have the confidence and competence to become your clients trusted adviser; addingvalue by truly understanding their business and recommending the best products to protect them. In order to play a key role in the growth of the business, you will self-generate a pipeline, develop relationships with key decision makers, and most importantly, secure the business of non-farming clients within target commercial sectors. As well as selling commercial insurance you will cross sell the full range of products our client offers, including financial services, risk management services and their range of motor and personal insurances. You can sell with confidence, knowing that the experienced customer service team will ensure that the new business you've worked so hard to generate is well looked after come renewal. **Skills and Requirements**: - A pro-active and charismatic individual with the ability to articulate the added value we bring clients though our products and customer service, rather than selling on price. - You will need to be a fast learner with an ability to retain information and be comfortable working within a regulated environment. Someone who is confident working across various software including a Client Relationship Management system. - Actively prospect and sell to target commercial clients, building long term trusting relationships with key decision makers. - Cross sell the full range of NFU Mutual products, including financial services, risk management services and our range of motor and personal insurances. - Manage your own sales pipeline using our Customer Relationship Management tool. - Someone who shows initiative and has a "can do" attitude - Good interpersonal, communication, & relationship building skills & abilities - You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grade C or above including Maths and English - Full driving licence required
