**Our client based in the centre of Cardiff is looking for a Welsh speaking Promotions of Careers Executive Officer, this will be a hybrid working role offering a superb benefits package.** The post-holder will provide bilingual general administrative support to support the company in promoting careers in education, including responding to queries, receiving and communicating messages and organising and attending events. The position offers flexible working hours hours, enhanced holidays of 33 days plus stats and hybrid home/office working **Responsibilities Include**: " Provide a professional bilingual enquiry service and help desk facility to respond to enquiries from individuals and organisations " Maintain and update the 'Discover Teaching' website and following its launch " Co-ordinate all responses to queries received from educators, training providers and employers as well as prospective educators " Support the maintenance of multiple social media channels " Liaise with educators, training providers and employers to develop content for the 'Educators Wales' website as directed by the Promotion of Careers Manager " Develop and maintain strong links / working relationships with key stakeholders across all registrant groups on an ongoing basis e.g. schools, FE colleges " Support the development of a plan of activity and events " Co-ordinate and attend events relating to the promotion of careers in education, delivering presentations where appropriate e.g. recruitment fairs " Provide general administrative support to the Promotion of Careers team as required, including recording and distribution of meeting minutes and papers **Person Specification** Excellent oral and written communication skills Very strong organisational skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to produce work to meet specific deadlines **Fluent Welsh speaker and able to work through the medium of Welsh and English** **APPLY ASAP
