Overview:
Business Analyst, Solution Design, Process Design, Service Design

**Responsibilities**:
Accountable for defining the solution design of OSS/BSS solutions in adherence to the architecture, customer requirements and contractual outcomes

Accountable for ensuring project delivery of multi-domain BSS/OSS solutions

Requirements gathering for creating BSS/OSS service and solution design

Design of OSS solutions

Produce and support the production of High Level Designs, Low Level Designs, test plans, Deployment Guidelines and TTO's.

Work in cross-functional delivery teams including partners and vendors to support delivery throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure solutions are delivered into production on time and meet the operational acceptance criteria

Work closely with Network Design, Systems Development, Test Designers, E2E Solution Architects, Operations

Functional Domains:
Knowledge in CRM, Product Catalog, Order fulfilment Orchestration is mandatory.

(Advanced knowledge in atleast one listed below) Field Ops, Provisioning and Activation, Plan & Build, Capacity Mgmt, NetOps, Network Service LCM, Network Orchestration/MANO, Network Assurance, Telemetry/RCA5G, AI/ML, OTT domain knowledge is a plus

Vital Concepts - (concepts clear) APIs, Frameworx, Microservices, UML, TOSCA, NetConf/YANG, CI/CD, REST/Webservices, JSON, Postman, Agile Development

Ensure the delivery of the solutions conforms to contractual outcomes and timescales.

Support the Programme and Project Manager in project planning, risk and issue management and the budgeting process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (in any field)
- MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science (desired)
- Work experience of 5-12 years
- Ability to work with stakeholders to create and define problem statements and root cause analysis
- Create and gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring documentation is complete, understandable, and unambiguous
- Validation of this documentation with stakeholders
- Capture and report back essential information from meetings
- Able to write user stories for different skill sets, e.g. UX/UI and coders
- Familiar with using Jira in terms of user story creation
- Use of collaboration and presentation tools like Mural
- Ability to work across several squads to fulfil the BA role - when and where most needed
- Ability to analyse, summarise, and interpret data. Nice if they can use Adobe Analytics but not essential
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Track deliveries and attribute/report back on associated impact
