_Are you a Social Media executive who is currently looking for a new challenge?_ - Are you looking to join a dynamic & forward-thinking market leader, specialising in the global papercraft/art industry?_ - Confident you have what it takes to create exceptional social content and take your career to the next level?_ - If so, you’re in the right place_ **We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to help execute the social strategy and campaigns for a number of key in-house brands.** **You will be part of the fast-growing team and get an opportunity to learn from some of the best people in the industry** **Here’s a flavour of what you’ll be doing in a normal week**: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement among the current and new audience, in line with campaign plans. - Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, TikTok for key brands within our portfolio. - Ownership of organic social media roadmap and a monthly calendar to meet specific objectives, with the main focus being on delivering quality content and hitting targets. - Track and report KPI’s and campaign results within the team on a weekly basis, preparing monthly reports. - Work with the Social Media Strategist to create a monthly content calendar for multiple brands and social media platforms and ensure all campaigns are delivered efficiently. - Formulate high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign to drive engagement with the community. This includes capturing and light editing of photo and video content from a mobile device. - A clear understanding of social media trends, new features and updates. - Create and deliver an influencer outreach plan and timeline that supports the overarching strategy and will increase influencer content, in line with the positioning of the brand. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with influencers and the press. - Work with the wider team to ensure the comms plan and outreach strategy supports the ongoing marketing outreach channels such as events. **Essential Skills**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong copywriting and proofreading skills including impeccable attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while processing information from several sources - Ability to build strong relationships and communicate at all levels - Experience with social media from a B2C perspective - Good knowledge of social media channels, including legal concerns, best practices, and general usage - Superb organisational skills - Ability to work independently as well as in a team **"What’s in it for me" we hear you ask?** A brilliant opportunity to grow your career & work with a fun, fast-paced & growing company, prepared to let you shine.
