**Contract Type**: Full Time, 12 month fixed term contract
**Location**: West Byfleet, KT14 6EY
**Working Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), with Saturday or Sunday 1 out of 8:00AM to 13:00PM (time back in the week as a half day)
Could you be our next Planner working with our operations team in West Byfleet?
As a Planner, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the operations team in the delivery of reactive, planned and void maintenance to MOD Family properties in the West Byfleet area.
What you’ll need to do this role
It is essential that you have previous experience in a customer facing administration role that was fast paced and included working accurately to deadlines.
It is highly desirable that you have scheduling experience within a planned maintenance environment and experience using Maximo.
It is ideal that you have an awareness of safe working within facilities management or building environments.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills in a variety of Microsoft Packages especially Excel.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility.
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
