**About the Role**

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Bank Home Care Workers to join our supportive and growing team. This flexible position is ideal for individuals who want to make a difference in their local community while choosing shifts that fit around their lifestyle.

You will provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you will deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and support, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Support with meal preparation, light household duties, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and training.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, helping service users remain active and engaged.
- Observe, record, and report any changes in health, wellbeing, or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
- Travel between service users’ homes in your local area (mileage paid).
- Attend and complete mandatory training and team meetings as required.
- Always work in accordance with company policies, CQC standards, and safeguarding procedures.

We are looking for individuals who are:

- Caring, empathetic, and committed to helping others
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible — able to cover weekend and evening shifts when needed
- Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
- Professional, with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willing to learn and complete ongoing training and qualifications

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car
- Must be able to work weekends on a rota basis
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete all required training (including induction and care qualifications)
