**Employment Partners Group** are currently recruiting on a permanent basis **production supervisor**. Our client are a well-established company with over 30 years of experience in the industry, that are growing at a rapid pace and looking for great team members to join their expanding team.
The role is commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke, Salisbury, with easy access just off A303.
**Working Hours are**:08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and on Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
**Annual salary**: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Bonus and benefits

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support the coaching and development of team and new starters to maintain a high level of service and quality
- Conduct quality checks or work upon job completion to assure all builds will meet the customers specifications
- Opened to change and new ideas and the ability to implement them with the production team
- Support the team to analyse and solve problems on a daily basis and identify the root cause and the carry out corrective actions
- Support production manager with day today running of operations to ensure production plans, priorities and company expectations are fully meet
- Monitor operational activities and KPI’s ensuring that they are meet and improved
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise work load
- Promoting high standards of hygiene and housekeeping as well as ensuring compliance of all Health & Safety requirements are maintained
- Have good career aspirations and ambition to learn and support the business and team in improving OTIF, quality and good customer service practices
- Will have great leadership skills to direct and motivate their team
- Will have ability to read design drawings and understand required specifications to deliver customer requirements
- Will have good computer and software skills
- Will have ability and motivation to develop & process your team in delivering an excellent service within the manufacturing department
- Will have experienced in working in a fast paced production environment and a positive ‘’can do attitude’’
- Will be a strong team player with flexible outlook and methodical approach
- Will be health & Safety, hygiene focus on daily work environment
- Will have an analitycal skill to diagnose problems within HVAC build and the ability to be proactive in delivering solutions.
