**What will my role look like?**

As a **Cinnabon Assistant Manager** you will work hand in hand with our General Manager to inspire & motivate the team, to encourage them to deliver exceptional customer service and also help drive the profitability of the store As our storesare so popular and busy, we need strong management teams to ensure the stores run efficiently and achieve set goals. You will also be involved in stock takes, deliveries, banking / finance duties and you will assist in the training and development of the team.

You will utilize your motivational and leadership skills to engage with the team to ensure a fast, friendly and heavenly experience is delivered to customers. You will be rolling your sleeves up to get involved with the making, baking and frosting of ourfamous Cinnabon products & beverages. You will be an expert in ensuring all of our sweet treats are finished to the highest standards.

Your main responsibility is to work closely with the store manager to ensure the team is operating smoothly and providing the best customer service experience, while ensuring all of the team feels welcomed and part of the family.
