**DUTIES**
Operating in one of Microsoft UK’s top performing partner marketing teams, the Marketing Manager will:
- Design and manage the implementation of the marketing strategy for their business area
- Execute a detailed schedule of integrated marketing activity for the quarter ahead
- Work with sales, marketing and the wider business, to drive forward the marketing strategy
- Be driven by the business strategy, sales priorities and informed by the market
- Set out the persona, messaging, spend and targets and deliver the required activity
- Ensure key foundational activities, for example, case study development, webpage creation are in place and effective
- Conduct and oversee ongoing analysis of results to refine and improve attraction, engagement and conversion
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- To succeed as Marketing Manager, you need to think big and manage the detail
- You will be good at translating complex or technical concepts into simple compelling content
- You must be passionate about and have demonstrable skills in inbound / content marketing
- Experience using CMS, CRM and marketing automation systems, as they will be core to your day-to-day activity
- Experience working within the professional or financial services sector or a technology organisation selling SaaS Software, ERP, CRM, cloud technologies, Microsoft 365 software solutions or similar is desirable
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, ERP and / or CRM platforms is beneficial
- Experience working with B2B products or complex services is essential
- It would be beneficial if you have a relevant business or technical degree
