We are currently recruiting for a well-established quality independent agent in Medway.**
My client is one of the market leaders in its field locally and are looking for a **SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER** to lead an established team of Property Managers and growing portfolio.

Responsible to the Directors for overall management, development and profitability of Residential **Property Management**. To generate new business and retain existing clients by promoting and delivering a high standard of professional service. To instil and develop a good team spirit and ensure that staff are well trained/kept up-to-date inall aspects of Property Management.

**MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To manage the team of property managers
- Manage your own portfolio
- To provide an effective service to landlords and tenants
- Hold morning meetings
- To delegate the day-to-day running of the Department and oversee/check on progress
- To deal with complex and sensitive issues/complaints; liaise with landlords and Property Managers as necessary.
- To develop the Property Management team
- To engender a culture of good public relations and customer care
- To set a good example and high professional standards of work that others will follow

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Widespread knowledge, experience and understanding of property management
- Experience of managing a team
- High standard of professional ethics
- Excellent PR and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Sound knowledge of related legal frameworks and current/previous legislation
- Committed to providing high standard of customer care
- Team leader and player
- ARLA qualified ideally
