**BASIC SALARY TO £25,000 DOE OTE £40/45,000**

My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent in the area**,** are looking for a motivated and adaptable **SALES VALUER/LISTER** to join their successful team.**
**Key duties**:

- Cold calling
- Door knocking
- Previous lead follow ups
- Canvassing
- Regular mail outs
- Valuing/listing
- Figure reporting directly to the Director
- Booking valuations appointments
- Communicating and working closely with the sales team

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Valuation experience
- Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
- Team player
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Keen interest in the property industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Customer focused
