**Who Are We?**

We are a wholesale nursery growing perennials, grasses, potted bulbs, herbs, alpines & shrubs in the beautiful surrounds of the Kent countryside near Hever Castle. We have an annual production of 600,000 plants including the latest and most desirable varieties. We also grow for award winning gardens at the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

This is a varied and exciting role working within the Orders team selecting plants and preparing orders for delivery. Duties would include:

- Collating orders for garden designers/landscapers & retailers.
- Potting up plugs/liners/bare root material both by hand & potting machine.
- Welcoming and assisting customers on site.
- Stock management such as watering, pruning and weeding.

**Who’s Right For the Job?**
- Possess great attitude and flexibility (daily roles can change depending on seasonal demands)
- A broad plant knowledge is helpful but not essential.
- A love for working outdoors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
