**Support Worker - £11.00 - £11.40 per hour dependent on qualifications - Must have a Full UK Driving License**

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking full time (36 hours per week) and temporary (Bank) Support Workers for a new supported living service in Neath Port Talbot - part time hours can also be considered.

**Based in Neath Port Talbot our new supported living service supports up-to 3 individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. The service consists of 4 bedrooms, with a shared lounge and kitchen area. Our housing-related support service focuses on promoting wellbeing, greater independence and social inclusion.**

We enable people to achieve outcomes through a person-centred approach This involves identifying and building on people’s individual needs, strengths and aspirations

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support of the people within the service including (but not limited to) help with personal care, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, assistance with medication and supporting with activities in the local community. Each and every person we support is unique so we encourage our teams to get creative, promoting each individual's independence, choice and dignity whilst still having plenty of fun along the way.

Experience within the care sector is not essential as we offer full training, however what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.
