Digital Support Administrator

Pure are delighted to be supporting a very well established financial services organisation, with the recruitment of a Digital Support Administrator to join and expand their team. You will be required to deliver an outstanding customer/client experience,and help to improve their digital services based on the insights gathered from engaging with customers on a daily basis. With several of their offices based in London, this is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking company here at their local basein central Ipswich.
**Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home**
**Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm**

- Duties:_**:
- Delivering the best possible experience for prospect and existing clients using the companies digital services.
- Always showing a passion for helping people to save, invest and view their investments online.
- Support customer queries for the digital app services.
- Understand Anti Money Laundering (AML), Anti Impersonation (AI) and Suitability processes.
- Work closely with all divisions of the Digital Support, Product, Delivery, Transfers and Middle Office teams to get to the underlying cause of a problem and gather all the required information.
- Help to promote digital offerings and products to build the client base & assets under management.
- Assist with transfers of client assets both internally and from other providers.
- Respond to reviews on the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Assist in migration of accounts, set up and data cleansing ensuring migration and data quality.
- Assist with the production of marketing lists for the timely dispatch of bulk electronic communications.

- Great communicator, both verbal and written.
- Good attention to detail, with excellent listening abilities.
- Ability to be empathetic and patient, with the enthusiasm to problem solve.
- Reliable, committed and self-motivated to produce a high level of work.
