Average 26.25 per week on a 3 on 3 off basis over a 6-week rota (07:00-14:30 OR 14:30- 22:00)

**Weavers Court** located in Yeadon near **Rawdon** is recruiting for a brilliantly organised team player to join us as Night care Assistant. It’s our job to look after people - and that includes the amazing carers and support staff that become part of our team. With the second floor of Weavers Court soon open to residents, we’re beginning the next phase of recruitment to expand our team. **To be successful in this role, you will need to**:

- If you have an NVQ 2 or willing to undertake the qualification, or you are looking for an introduction to working in care.
- Physically fit and have right personality to carry out duties and responsibilities to support Resident’s needs.
- Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Able to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- All training will be provided but previous experience would be advantage.
- Above all that, you need to have caring heart and be supportive to our residents to maximise the experience living with us in Weavers Court.
