**About The Role**:
LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare are looking for a proactive, strategic leader to join our team as Head of Health & Safety, Sustainability and Facilities. This role will report into our Operations Director, with a key focus to lead and champion our commitment to safety & sustainability across the organisation.
As a business we want our culture to change and grow, to achieve this we need an individual who can innovate and influence, with a passion for delivering the best to our colleagues and customer, a leader who can operate in an agile manner engaging and empowering teams at all levels.
Being a complex organisation with various stakeholder touch points, the post holder will build and leverage relationships across the UK business as well as external stakeholders ensuring best practice is identified and shared. You will be instrumental in defining and delivering our ESG strategy across the business.
This role will be field based and require travel to our site as required.

**About You**:
You will be an influential leader, able to listen to and challenge people at all levels to build relationships remotely with key stakeholders in the UK business and beyond. You will not be afraid of big ideas and challenging the status quo; with the ability to translate these ideas into visions that engage others and drive innovation.
An understanding of the pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare legislation would be desirable.

We provide care to more than 100,000 patients in their own home, at work, or in the community, ranging from straightforward delivery of medication to specialist nursing for complex conditions. We work in partnership with the NHS, pharmaceutical companies, and private medical insurers. Our range of treatments and conditions includes home parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy, IV antibiotics, enzyme replacement therapy, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and much more.
