**Job Description for Position: Preschool Trainer**

**We have an opening for a Preschool Trainer**

**Job Location : North & North East. Frequent travel to the zone assigned for Birla Open Minds**

To train quality teachers for Birla Open Minds preschools.

**Key Responsible Area**:

- Ensuring proper overall working and managing the school. Bridging link between school and Head Office.
- Responsible for planning and conducting trainings and Teacher Support Round and making their reports for the assigned schools.
- Managing all academic, administrative queries of the school.
- Conducting Parent interactive sessions and making reports.
- Teacher recruitment for the school via telephonic or face to face interviews.
- Training the staff and support staff of the school.
- Responsible for increasing the occupancy of the school by organising the events / activities for the schools to increase their footfall and help them getting more inquiries.
- Conducting School Audits and making reports.
- Creating training content and modules for teachers
- To be present and working towards special events such as Annual Day, SportsDay, etc.

**Requirements**:
**Essential qualifications**:

- M.Ed or M.Sc in Early Childhood Education and Care or M.Sc in Human Development. A diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
- Good knowledge of content and hands on experience in working in preschools.
**Essential experience**
***:

- **Minimum 3- 4 years in the field of Early Years Education as a Trainer is preferred.**
***:

- **Must have 4-5 years of teaching experience.**
***:

- **Must have work experience in designing training modules, content or curriculum and training teachers for preschools.**
***:

- **Must be fluent in written and communicative English and Hindi.**
***:

- **Must have a systematic approach to work.**
***:

- **Should proactively provide inputs/suggestions to HO and business partners.**
***:

- **Must work well in a team**
