**Reach Schools**

**Reach Schools** is the (new) name of our multi-academy trust. It belongs
to a wider ecosystem of organisations based in Feltham that works to
incubate ideas and improve outcomes for our community in
Feltham—and beyond.

**Reach Schools** works in partnership with the **Reach Foundation** to
- deepen_ our impact in Feltham and to _expand_ the impact of our
pioneering work nationally.

**About the role**
Admissions Officer, Reach Schools (flexible working
arrangements available)

**We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join Reach Schools.**

We are seeking an admissions administrator to support the admissions process from a families initial
enquiry to their child joining Reach Schools. We are seeking someone to join the team and contribute
to the smooth operation of school administrative functions both at Reach Academy Feltham and
general administrative duties, ensuring compliance with school policies and statutory legislation.

**Role overview**
- Act as a point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing clear and

timely information.
- Ensure all admissions data is accurately recorded and maintained in line with GDPR

regulations.
- Work closely with teaching and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive approach to

student admissions.
- Maintain the schools’ waiting list in line with the Admissions Policy.
- Maintain high-quality data in school systems and ensure the filing of student records is up
- to date.
- Support Free School Meals, Pupil Premium and Early Years Pupil Premium checks and

maintain system records.

**Role responsibilities**
- Provide assistance and solutions to all school related enquiries in person,

electronically and over the phone.
- Answer the phone swiftly and professionally.
- Filtering and managing calls.
- Support with general administration and administer communications
- Align and uphold the Academy vision, standards of behaviour, discipline
- and exclusion policy.
