**Overview**
We are seeking a part time skilled and versatile Handy Person to join our team for around 20 - 24 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, painting, gardening and general repair work within the business.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with Directors to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Document completed work and report any issues or additional needs to management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person role.
- The ability to communicate effectively

**Additional**
- 20 days holiday (pro-rata)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
