Our client is one of the worlds most recognised luxury brands. A unique vacancy has arisen in their beautiful boutique in Dublin for a Store Manager. In this position, you will be lead from the front with unique exposure in other aspects of the business.

This is an opportunity for an individual currently working in a Store Manager or Area Manager position with the adaptability to work one-to-one with customers, driving sales, people manage and deliver world-class customer service that the brand is renownedfor.

**To be successful, you must**:

- Have experience working in a Retail Store Management or Area Manager position, ideally in luxury, taking responsibility for stock-related tasks and building customer relationships
- Thrive on product knowledge, with a wide selection of luxury categories to empower your customers selection in store.
- Be a positive team player and leading the team in store on a daily bases.
- Be involved in setting the yearly, monthly and weekly business strategy along side the Retail Director in Head Office.
- Be able to adhere at all times to the dress code, grooming and conduct guidelines from the brand
- Communicate effectively with the team around you and be a peer they will follow
- Leading by example on excelling client expectations in a prestigious location.
- Ability to be creative to coach and mentor the development of others.
- Drive the in store kpi's through; business, people and customers.
- Lead a well established team to you can bring new idea's too in hand learn from.
- Build working relationships with your host store to drive the business brand awareness.
