Selsdon Building Contractors is an established growing company, building new homes for our Social Housing Partners in the South London Boroughs, Sussex and Kent. Our recent upturn in workload has created the need for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Office Junior/ Administrator at our Offices in South Croydon.

This role is highly diverse, and duties will include undertaking general administration duties as well as assisting colleagues in surveying and compiling the monthly finance ledger. This will also include answering the phones, greeting visitors, ensuring the meeting room is prepared, ordering stationary, photocopying, printing and assisting Surveyors particularly at job completion. The position will also include any other duties deemed necessary for the smooth running of the office.

**Requirements**:
Good Excel and Word Knowledge

Great Communication skills

Be Organised

Have a strong GCSE/A Level of English & Maths

Be enthusiastic and have a strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£19,100.00 per year
