**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store customer service, supporting our online store, and helping maintain our brand presence across social platforms. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone looking to work in the fashion industry, gain experience in e-commerce, and contribute to the growth of a boutique brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers, assisting with product selections and offering styling advice on our range of luxury designer brands.
- **Online Store Support**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for our online store, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
- **Website Maintenance**: Assist with updating product listings, pricing, and stock levels to keep our online store fresh and relevant.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Help curate content and manage social media accounts, promoting new arrivals, sales, and store events.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside a small, close-knit team, contributing ideas to improve in-store operations, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
