You will be working 37.5 hours a week at Pathfields Lodge in Wellingborough as the Hospital Director's right-hand person, which will see you provide detailed and confidential administrative and secretarial support to ensure the service continues to run smoothlyand those at the service receive great healthcare.

Reporting to the Hospital Director, you'll be responsible for the provision of a high quality, efficient and effective business support service. You will work with the Hospital Director and Management Teams at Pathfields to deliver all operational performancetargets. You will also work with teams to ensure all documentation required by customers and Head Office, are delivered in a timely, accurate and well-presented manner.

**Other Personal Assistant responsibilities**:

- Establishing and maintaining efficient office systems and ensuring the provision of a full secretarial and administrative service for the Hospital & HD
- In conjunction with HD ensuring all policies and procedures are maintained and up to date.
- Co-ordinating reports for submission to various external and internal bodies.
- Manage Annual leave bookings for SMT
- To Chair monthly Admin Operational Meetings
- Conduct monthly team supervisions and yearly appraisals
- Ordering appropriate stationery and other essential items
- Assisting with the facilitation at Tribunal Hearings/Hospital Manager Panels

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Educated to O Level/GCSE standard or equivalent, including English Good knowledge and use of the English language including grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare
- To be aware of the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher
- At least 2 years' experience working in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with professionals at all levels
- Knowledge or experience of working in a mental health setting is desirable
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Relevant experience of being a PA ideally gained in a high-profile commercial environment desirable
