**SEN Support Worker**

**£80 - £85 daily rate**

**Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 4:00pm | Term time only**

- **Masterclass Education are currently looking for resilient individuals to join a specialist school in the Hillingdon area as SEN Support Workers.**_

Based in the southern area of Hillingdon, this specialist school provides learning opportunities to young people, aged 16 - 25, who have varying degrees of special educational needs.

Successful applicants will be providing one-to-one support to learners throughout the school both in lessons and when moving through the school. The learners, who have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), have individualised education plans that Support Workers are able to use to monitor and track learners' progress.

**This is a full-time and ongoing role that is due to commence immediately and last until the end of the academic year. **_**Due to the location of the school, MCE advises that applicants have their own methods of transport, as the school is not accessible by public transport.**_

**Must have**:

- Experience supporting children, young people, or vulnerable individuals
- Excellent behaviour management
- High attention to detail and able to provide a high standard of support
- A DBS on the Update Service - or willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding children and young people
