- Conduct data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate databases.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
