With the growing demand for overhead line towers and substation structures, we’re expanding our team to meet the nation’s energy needs. This is your chance to work in a **cutting-edge manufacturing environment**, where innovation meets purpose.

We’ve recently invested over **£3 million** in state-of-the-art technology - including high-definition plasma cutters, fibre laser machines, and advanced steel processing systems - and we’re looking for passionate individuals ready to grow with us.

**Shift Pattern**:

- **Shift 1**: 06:00 - 14:00 (with enhanced pay between 06:00 - 08:00)
- **Shift 2**: 14:00 - 22:00 (with enhanced pay between 16:00 - 22:00)
- Shifts alternate weekly

Once trained, you’ll earn **£14.42 per hour** (enhanced rate up to £16 per hour) based on a 37.5-hour week - with opportunities to grow.
**What you'll be doing**
We’re on the lookout for **motivated, hands-on individuals** who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful. While previous experience in manufacturing is a bonus, it’s not essential — **what matters most is your willingness to get stuck in and learn**.

If you’ve got a natural mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with machinery, you’ll fit right in. We’ll provide **comprehensive training** to get you up to speed with our advanced equipment and processes.

In this role, you’ll be involved in:

- Manual handling and physical labour
- Moving and positioning steel components
- Operating cranes and other factory equipment
