St Mellion Estates requires housekeeping **cleaners** to work within our 80 Bedroom Hotel, Newly refurbished Cottages, and front of house facilities.

**Main Duties**:
To provide a cleaning service to hotel bedrooms, self-catering cottages, restrooms, function rooms and areas within the front of house facilities.

Preparing all for guest check-ins at 3pm; cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and kitchens to a high standard, making up beds, replenishing ancillary item, and reporting any maintenance issues encountered.

The role will involve some lifting and carrying of clean and dirty linen, as well as bending and stretching during cleaning. This role will require a level of fitness for these tasks.

**Previous experience**

The successful applicant must have some experience in housekeeping. Full training in the role is provide.

Full training will be given on any equipment and use of cleaning products, and it is essential that you are able to work flexible hours and are used to physical work.

The role is predominantly day -time work,.

Driving license and own vehicle are essential, as the hotel is in open countryside between Saltash and Callington.

Roles available:
Casual Housekeeping Assistant mixed shifts across 7 days (to include weekend work)

Part-time hours: 8-30 per week

**Salary**: Up to £9.50 per hour
