- Assisting with budget preparation and analysis

- Posting journal entries
- Generating invoices and tracking payments
- Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes

- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software, like QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- A good eye for detail and accuracy
