**Funko EMEA Overview**

**Role Purpose**

The Order Entry Coordinator handles a variety of customer and operational transactions in partnership with designated members of the customer service and KAC teams. The Order Entry Coordinator will be processing orders, managing unclean orders, processing order amendments, completing team tasks and resolving discrepancies. Order Processors are also responsible for providing excellent customer service.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Process B2B customer PO’s
- Manage unclean PO’s
- Process PO amendments
- Complete ad hoc team tasks
- Run exception reports and complete actions required against these reports
- Manage internal and customer EDI Portals
- Provide operational support with sales activities and projects for sales
- Participate in product/brand knowledge training to learn about new and existing product lines
- Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving quarterly incentive goals

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience in an Order Entry role
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrable client service focus
- Previous use of Microsoft excel
