**Responsibilities**:

- Multi trade roles required but not limited to: general ground works, dry lining, first and second fix carpentry
- Read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents.
- Understand the principles of construction.
- Operate power tools and other equipment safely.
- Use hand tools to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and shaping materials.
- Work with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, concrete, plastic, and glass.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.

**Salary**: £30,574.00-£33,927.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Reading: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
