**THE COMPANY**:
A global insurance company with impressive offices in the heart of the City are looking for a Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will also be assisting with facilities.**THE ROLE**:
The Receptionist’s duties will include:

- Managing the meeting rooms, ensuring catering has been ordered and checking of equipment
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Supporting with the relationship management with facilities contractors
- Conduct weekly facilities inductions for new starters
- Rectifying maintenance issues
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met at all times

**THE PERSON**:

- Previous experience working as a Receptionist within a professional services environment
- Experience with meeting room management
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise own workload
- Accurate attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
