Here at GXO we are on the lookout for an Operations Planning Manager to join us at our ASOS contract in Barnsley.Working alongside the Resource Planning Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing all areas of our business adapting our resourcing plansto ensure that we meet our contractual objectives.This is a permanent, full time opportunity, working on a Monday - Friday basis 0830 - 1700, however we would expect a degree of flexibility from time to time.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,000 per annum. We offer 25 days’ holiday per annum, as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as cycle to work scheme and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Plan and ensure we have sufficient capacity to meet the forecasted demand and delivery of the expected service levels, with the right number of people at the right time in accordance with our budgetary financial targets and KPI’s
- Provide a daily operational plan to all departments - liaising with all departments as required
- Manage both internal and external key relationships, delivering forecasts, planning models and future requirements
- Maintain data sheets and systems in relation to operational planning

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous planning experience in a fast-moving Ecommerce operational planning capacity.
- Strong IT skills, particularly utilisation of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office to an advanced level
- Manage individual workload efficiently and effectively, with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Be customer focused, operationally astute and experienced in achieving objectives
