At Aspion, we are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team in our modern office overlooking the Mersey. Enjoy a collaborative culture within an established boutique business, with the opportunity to advance your career based on your performance.

**The Opportunity**

Our Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance divisions are the fastest-growing areas at Aspion. We are looking for individuals eager to develop a career in these lucrative market sectors and build a rapidly expanding team.

As this is a sales position, you must be confident in meeting sales revenue targets and achieving daily KPIs. Rest assured, we will provide exceptional training to ensure your success.

**The role after training**

What are the responsibilities?
- Conduct daily business development calls in order to generate business
