**Internal Systems Engineer**
You will be responsible for providing desktop support to local and remote staff, and management and administration of our internal systems hosted locally, on our private cloud platform and in the public cloud.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience of providing IT Support at a 2nd line level in a commercial environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Experience in the following technology areas is essential**:

- Office 365
- Azure Active Directory
- Exchange Online
- Windows Server 2012/2016
- Windows 10
- Sage Accounts
- Unify Network hardware/software

**Experience in the following areas is desirable**:

- “Cloud only” environments where identity, devices and services are all mastered in the cloud
- Azure AD MFA
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
- Mimecast
- Datto
- Enghouse Contact Centre
- Dealhub, D365 Business Central, D365 Sales, Workato, Kimble, Hubspot, Cloudmore

**Salary**: Up to £30,000 per annum
