My client is an manufacturing company in the FMCG sector who has recently had a huge uplift in production which has given them the requirement to recruit for a new Multi skilled engineer.
This site has also undergone recent investment which means there is commissioning and project work to get stuck into and a good mixture of new and old machinery.
The Engineers are highly valued in this company and you will be listened to, if there is anything you need to help you get the job done you speak to your manager and this will be provided. You will be Multi skilled ideally come from a FMCG background who iscomfortable using PLC's. You will react to breakdowns and carry out PPM's as well asfocussing on continiuous improvment.
This Maintenance Engineer will benefit from working for this large Blue Chip Manufacturing company that can offer a long term career whilst working in a redundant proof industry. The Multi SKilled Maintenance Engineer will come from a fast moving backgroundas there is a huge pressure to react to breakdowns quickly on these prduction lines to keep downtime to a minimum.
**Skilled required for Maintenance Engineer**:
- Multi Skilled, Mechanically or Electrically Biased
- Manufacturing background - FMCG
- Strong electro-mechanical skills
- Previous experience in planned and reactive Maintenance
- Engineering Qualification
