**Are you a natural problem solver who loves building relationships and getting things done?**
We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative **Third Party Contract Officer** to join our Contracts and Partnerships team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the management of our third-party agreements across homeownership schemes everything from communal cleaning and landscaping to pest control and tree management.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Support the management of all third-party agreements and contracts for PA Housing’s homeownership properties
- Help monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards
- Support compliance with legal and PA Housing requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, managing agents, and resident associations
- Help resolve disputes and work collaboratively to find fair, practical solutions
- Assist with audits, reporting, and maintaining accurate records of contract performance
- Promote resident involvement in decision-making and community activities
- Contribute to the smooth running and continuous improvement of the wider service
