As **Bar & Waiting Staff (FULL TIME & PART TIME)**, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and served. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders meet the establishment's standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for complete guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance the dining experience.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- **Working Wednesday to Sunday**

**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services.
- Previous bar/restaurant experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£12.40 per hour
