**HR Business Partner**

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who is able to deliver high-quality people resources across the EMEA region. This is an exciting role working in a growing and innovative environment.

**HRBP Responsibilities**

As the HR Business Partner, your duties will include:

- Leading on recruitment
- Liaising with HR Officers regarding offers of employment, contracts and other paperwork
- Supporting on induction and onboarding
- Developing competency and progression frameworks
- Supporting on performance evaluation
- Building and maintaining a coaching culture
- Analysing and reporting on training
- Contributing to the wider HR effort

**HRBP Experience**

You will be highly confident, organised, proactive and, most importantly, a team player. Experience of creating and delivering training would be advantageous, however not essential. Experience of the IIP framework would also be useful, however again nowabsolutely essential. You will look forward to owning and leading on projects and enjoy being surrounded by different personalities working in a fast-moving environment.

Our client is based in the Milton Keynes area (MK16). The company currently operate a hybrid working model whereby associates can work up to three days a week from home. Your start time will be between 8-10am - flexible to suit you
