Maintenance Technician

Our client is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to strengthen the existing team.

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Controlling plant start up, shut downs and deal with any breakdowns appropriately
- Maintaining plant equipment and machinery to a high standard using plant maintenance programs and relevant systems
- Maintaining boilers, compresses, hydraulic units, control valves, pre expanders, water system valves and all plant equipment
- Knowledge of fault finding, component replacement, guarding systems, motor testing and replacing
- Controlling all production scrap and down time; record it by entering the information into the IQMS system
- Complete all press set-ups in the required timescale
- Provide constant service to the production line, check the quality of parts at all times by completing line inspections
- Monitor real time and keep a track on planning
- Be time served in the relevant engineering discipline, either mechanical or electrical
- Have strong mechanical or process engineering background that reinforces extensive know-how of high-end, high-volume injection moulding and assembly
- Be a team player and able to communicated efficiently and effectively with all parties

**Hours of Operation (must be flexible)**:

- Monday to Friday - 06:00 - 14:00
- Monday to Friday - 14:00 - 22:00
- Sunday to Thursday - 22:00 - 06:00
