We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales & Client Experience Assistant** to support our Sales Director and contribute to the successful delivery of sales agency contracts across multiple national brands. This role plays a key part in managing client relationships, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring efficient operations. With occasional travel required, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong client connections and ensuring seamless service delivery across the UK**.**
**Start Date**: Immediate
**Term**: Permanent
**Salary**: Starting from £27,500.00 (Plus performance bonus)
**Holidays**: 28 days pro rata rising to 35 days per annum after 24 months service
**Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Days**: Flexible - Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am - 6pm
**Place of Work**: Unit 4 Ward Court, Faverdale Industrial Estate, Darlington, DL3 0FX
**Working Away**: This role does involve some occasional working away. Expenses, working away allowance and mileage expenses are covered.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**
- Assist with the fulfilment and management of national Sales Agency contracts across multiple high-profile brands, ensuring all requirements are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies for different brands, tailoring approaches to meet each brand’s unique objectives.
- Support the Sales Director by coordinating and booking meetings, accommodation, and travel arrangements for both yourself and the team as needed.
- Manage the electronic diary, ensuring meetings and travel plans are efficiently organised.
- Record, manage, and analyse sales and client data with precision, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide timely follow-up on meetings and action points to ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain and manage client CRM systems to ensure clear communication and accurate records of client interactions.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the agency at client meetings and events, fostering strong relationships and upholding the company’s customer-oriented focus.
**Client Experience Enhancement**
- Support the delivery of a seamless client experience across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence across all interactions.
- Assist in coordinating client engagement initiatives such as training sessions, workshops, and events to add value and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and improve processes for greater efficiency and satisfaction.
**National Travel and Brand Support**
- Be prepared to travel occasionally to support clients and projects across the UK. This may include attending client meetings, site visits, and supporting events.
- Adapt to the needs of multiple brands by understanding their unique goals, target audiences, and strategic objectives, providing tailored support for each.
**Data Management and Reporting**
- Accurately track and analyse sales and client performance data across various national brands.
- Prepare detailed reports for the Sales Director, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve the delivery of services across all client accounts.

**Qualifications & Training Required**:
- Bachelor's degree or similar in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field would be an advantage.
- An interest in personal development is beneficial but not necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft office including word, excel, google workspace PowerPoint & zoom.
