An **Estimator** is required to work for a building company working for a number of blue-chip clients with a turnover of over £20 million. The company pride themselves on the quality work they deliver competitively to satisfied clients and thishas been developed since the company’s inception almost 60 years ago.

You would be joining a company that hire high calibre individuals and invest in their employees by conducting training on a regular basis. You would be working with an experienced small dynamic team who will guide you as you get to grips with this role,but also give you responsibility and freedom to excel in the role. Over time, you will have the opportunity to progress in the company into more senior roles.

**Estimator - Position Overview**
- Visiting medical facilities throughout the UK
- Assessing the scopes of works required
- Liaising with M + E partners
- Preparing cost proposals
- Handing projects to our Construction Department to take the project through the construction phase.
- Primarily office based at Halifax.

**Estimator - Position Requirements**
- Able to manage a wide range of projects
- Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards
- A good communicator with an organised and methodical approach to completion of projects
- Competent with Microsoft word, excel, project, access, and power point
- Able and willing to learn about specialist medical pre-installation work

**Estimator - Position Remuneration**
- Salary between £25,000 - £45,000 depending upon experience
- 28 days holiday
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
- Pension Scheme
- Car / milage package
