**Role overview**

Our **Retail team members** will be responsible to deliver exceptional experience to every customer that walks through the door. We are proud of our product and want you to be proud of it too.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Providing an excellent experience to each customer who visits the shop, ensuring that all customer needs are always exceeded
- Assisting in the preparation and service of all products as required, ensuring the correct standard and quality is always met
- Assisting your colleagues whenever and wherever possible, thereby promoting excellent teamwork
- Ensuring all production processes practises are always followed, including Food Safety controls
- Following reasonable instruction from the management team and carrying out miscellaneous duties as required at all times

You will find the PAUL Bakery and Café in Kingston located on the ground floor of the Eden Walk Shopping Centre in Eden Street in the centre of town. The shopping centre has a 700-space multi-storey car park, and is a short walk from Kingston national rail station. It has been the leading market town in Surrey for centuries. On the other side of the Thames, the extensive grounds of Hampton Court Park extend almost to the water’s edge, with Bushey Park adjoining them to the North. Kingston is a significant University Town and also boasts an excellent theatre in The Rose, founded by Sir Peter Hall and modelled on the original Rose Theatre on London’s Bankside.
