This is an exciting opportunity for an Art Director to work for this thriving and inclusive retail company. This full-time creative role is based in Bradford, however as Art Director you will be on-site at Photography Studios and on-location for shoots.This role offers a salary of £35,000-40,000 along with a wide range of great benefits.
As Art Director, you will be collaborating with the Creative and Design team to manage, inspire and direct the teams responsible for producing a wide variety of photographic and digital content across fashion, homes and beauty, to be used on all channels. Youwill ensure all key deadlines are met for every project.
Here are some of the areas you would be responsible for:
? Ideation for creative concepts
? Guiding cross-functional team collaboration and development of creative solutions across a diverse brand portfolio
? Management of brand identity with the development and updates of ‘kit of parts’ including decks to communicate shoot plans
? Managing the photography across fashion, homes, beauty and still-life
? Back office admin, including photography budgets, sourcing models, props and locations
? You’ll have 3 direct reports, however will work very closely with the other Managers across the company brands
? Proven experience in art direction across home and fashion
? At least 3 years' experience as an Art Director
? In-depth understanding of processes and procedures involved in a digital first creative department
? Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite and image capture.
? You’ll be organised and a great communicator
Your office base will be in Bradford, however you’ll be happy to travel to be on-site at the Production company in Manchester and on-location. This could be across the UK and for a number of days at any one time.
