**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant or Phlebotomist who is motivated, enthusiastic and has good communication skills to become a Phlebotomist / Senior Health Care Assistant within the Outpatients Department at Ramsey District Cottage Hospital.

Within this role, you will collect blood samples from patients and at all times ensuring patient and personal safety. You will join the Outpatients Department and will work alongside Senior Health Care Assistant’s, Phlebotomists and Registered Nurses.

You will also perform additional tasks such as urine testing, ECGs, administration tasks and stock maintenance. If you enjoy working as part of a team and would like to work in a challenging but rewarding area, this role may be for you.
