We're seeking a dynamic and experienced **Group Head of ALS and SEND** to join our thriving colleges. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our dedicated teams at Stamford College and Peterborough College to deliver exceptional support services for learners with diverse needs.

- **Work with Stakeholders**: Contribute to the strategic direction of ALS and SEND support working with the Assistant Principal for Student Experience and Support

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Proven leadership experience in a similar role within education or a relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of SEND, ALS, and inclusive education practices
- Strong budget management and financial acumen
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Possess a Management Certificate/Diploma
- Hold a full teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, DET) (desirable).
- Have a specialist level 5 or above qualification in SpLD or similar
- Be experienced in managing a diverse team and motivating staff to achieve high levels of performance.
- Be passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
