**About us**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service while addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Fluency in English is required. Your ability to effectively communicate, analyse customer inquiries and provide solutions will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your attention to detail in maintaining accurate customer records through data entry will contribute to the overall success of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service

**Experience**:

- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£22,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
